乔秀全

男,1978年6月生,教授,硕士生导师博士生导师

2003年和2006年毕业于北京邮电大学,分别获得计算机应用技术专业硕士和博士学位,留校任教。现任北京邮电大学 科学技术研究院 副院长

2008年入选了北京市科技新星计划。

2013年入选了北京市青年英才计划。

一直从事网络服务智能化领域的相关应用理论基础研究,目前主要研究方向专注于基于跨平台Web的AR/VR技术、面向6G的多模态全息通信服务、数字孪生与元宇宙服务、三维建模及可视化关键技术、智能边缘计算等方面的研究。

现为中国计算机学会服务计算专委委员,中国计算机学会会员和中国通信学会高级会员。北京市和科技部项目、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家。

目前主持1项国家自然科学基金面上项目、1项未来互联网973课题和1项新一代宽带无线移动通信网国家科技重大专项子课题;参与1项国家自然科学基金重点项目;主持完成了1项国家自然科学基金青年项目、1项教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金新教师资助课题和北京市科技新星项目B类课题。

作为主研人员参与完成了1项物联网服务提供机理的973课题和1项国家自然科学基金面上项目;作为主研人员参与完成了其他多项国家/省部级及企业合作研究项目。研究成果发表在了包括Proceedings of the IEEE、INFOCOM 2020/2021/2022、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing(TMC)、IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing、IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE Network、ICDCS 2019、ACM MM 2021、CVPR 等国内外高水平学术期刊/会议上。在此基础上,研发了基于Web AR技术的面向“一带一路”国际物媒服务平台,在上海市经信委指导下,由“一带一路”信息产业发展联盟建设运营,面向“一带一路”的物媒文化传播、移动广告营销等领域得到应用。另外,针对科技冬奥的跨国际、跨App的轻量化AR/VR应用需求,面向速滑馆的智慧场馆建设进行技术支持和示范应用的开展,有效支撑了科技冬奥的国家重大工程。总体来说,课题组在国际上开创并引领了分布式移动Web AR的研究方向、积极参与制定AR/VR相关行业/国家/国际标准、致力于服务国家重大战略需求和重点工程。

Male, borned in June, 1978, Professor, Master Tutor, Doctoral Supervisor.

He received the Ph.D. degree in 2006 and Master degree in 2003 from School of Computer Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). Now he is the Vice Director of Institute of Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).

Selected as a winner of Beijing Nova Program in 2008.

Selected as a winner of Beijing Higher Education Young Elite Teacher Plan in 2013.

He has been engaged in network services related application theory and technology research. His main research interests include Web AR/VR, Mobile edge computing, 5G innovative applications, service delivery of the Internet of Things, and pervasive service.

Currently, he is a member of Technical Committee of Services Computing under China Computer Federation, a member of ACM and senior member of China Communications Institute, as well as the reviewer expert of Beijing and the Ministry of Science and Technology, and National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC).

Now, He is hosting 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the National Key Basic Research Program of China (973 Program) and 1 project of the "New generation broadband wireless mobile communication network" Key Projects for Science and Technology Development; and also participating 1 project of State Key Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China.As a project leader, he has Completed 1 project of The Youth Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 project of the Ministry of education by the specialized research fund for the doctoral program of higher education funding and the Beijing Nova Program.

In addtion, he has also participated and completed 1 project of the Internet of Things 973 program and 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as several other state/provincial and enterprise cooperation research projects as a main researcher. Several research achievements have been applied to real systems, including the smart heating control system of Beijing Golden House heating Enterprise (service delivery technology of the Internet of Things), the commercial operations in four provincial operators (Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan, Liaoning) under the lead of China Mobile Research Institute (the opening technology of Telecom Network Capacity Services).He also collaborated closely with ZTE in the field of service/application creation technology, and the thorough cooperation and discussion with HUAWEI about the Content-based Billing and Semantic Web Application in the telecommunication service field.

He has published or been accepted over 60 academic articles so far, part of them was published on the demostic/international famous journals and conferences in the field of telecommunication network, computer network and services computing, including IEEE Communications Magazine, Computer Networks, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering,Journal of Network and Computer Applications,International Conference on Web Services (ICWS)、Asia-Pacific Network Operations and Management Symposium (APNOMS), Science in China: Information Science, Chinese Journal of Computers, etc., among which 15 are SCI-indexed, over 40 are EI-indexed. He has applied more than 20 demostic/international patents (among which 13 are authorized), authorized 1 international patent cooperating with HUAWEI.
